Flashing dangers

Flashings are used to seal roof system edges, walls, valleys, drains, perimeters, punctures and any other area where the roof covering has been pierced or compromised. The basic function of flashing is to help seal any 'voids' in your roof system, where water may have a chance to enter. Voids make prime areas for leakage to occur, if not inspected regularly and promptly repaired. For roof damage issues and needed roof repair in McLean check out Roofer911.
